My name is Ted Hebert, and I love real estate! I LOVE it! The crazy thing is for many years I ignored my love of real estate because everyone, and I mean everyone, said it was too hard to make money, and too easy to lose money owning rental properties. WRONG! That's only true if you don't know what you're doing. I know what I'm doing.
My awesome Mom was a real estate agent when I was a kid, and I would often go to open houses with her on weekends. This is when I was 7 years old, and it was all really fascinating. At that time the real estate game was rough. It was the late 1970s and early 1980s when interest rates were, no joke, 20% and higher. That is almost impossible to imagine today, but my Mom sold properties despite the high rates. She even had real estate investors that would only work with her because she was so good at finding, and working deals.
It was this exposure to the real estate business that got me hooked at an early age. But, when I was 8 years old my parents got divorced. By the time I was 10 my Mom decided to get a 9-5 job because the hours required to hustle houses did not work for a single mom. There was no internet, email, or cell phones then, so it was hard to succeed in real estate without being in the office or properties.
Fast forward to when I was 20 years old. I was going to be a rock star, man. I was in a band, and having a grand time rocking out. It was then that my girlfriend at the time told me she was pregnant. Whoa! I had to get a job! I got a job at an industrial distributor doing inside sales. Turned out I was pretty good at it, and I stayed in the business for 20 years working on multi-million dollar deals with major manufacturers. It wasn't real estate, but I learned how do manage business and make deals. All the while dreaming about how I could get into the real estate business as an investor.
Then one day I just decided I needed to be a real estate investor. I wanted to buy properties, manage them, work deals, all of it. I love all the details of managing properties. I love deciding paint colors, flooring, appliances, etc. I especially love making deals that make me and my investors lots of money.
So, lets do some deals. I want your money to help me do bigger deals. In return I will protect your money, and make it grow by leaps and bounds. I want us all to get richer. Sound good? Sound like a deal? Let's do it! Call me right now. 413.318.4566.
